Deltona itself was platted in the early 1960s by the Mackle Brothers' Deltona Corporation as one of the largest planned residential communities in the country, then built out gradually over decades into Volusia County's largest city by population — even though DeLand, not Deltona, has always held the county seat. That growth is still visible everywhere: mile after mile of single-family subdivisions, a commercial spine along Saxon and Providence Boulevards rather than one old downtown, and a steady mix of original 1970s-era homes finally getting renovated alongside brand-new construction on the last platted lots. We are a call-only operation on purpose. There is no online quote form and no ticket queue — you call, you describe the job, and you get a flat price and a delivery window on that same call.
