Thirteen communities across Volusia County and one Seminole County reach city, all run from one yard on Old Titusville Road in Deltona. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 1775 Old Titusville Rd on Deltona's eastern side, close enough that most in-town calls are same-day. That location decides the shape of our day: Deltona itself is the quickest, the immediately neighboring West Volusia communities — DeBary, Orange City, DeLand, Lake Helen, Osteen and Enterprise — are typically same- or next-day depending on how the route falls that day, and the farther communities — Sanford across the Seminole County line, and the Daytona-area cities of Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, South Daytona and Holly Hill — are usually scheduled as next-day routes. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
Volusia County is a genuine, ordinary, functioning county government — DeLand, not Deltona, is the county seat, even though Deltona is the county's largest city by population. DeBary, Orange City, DeLand, Lake Helen, Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, South Daytona and Holly Hill are all real, independently incorporated Florida cities with their own local government. Osteen and Enterprise are real, named unincorporated Volusia County communities with no city hall or permit office of their own — for those, county rules apply. Sanford sits across the county line in Seminole County, and we say so plainly rather than folding it quietly into the Volusia County list, because a different city's rules apply there. Each community page below still covers the access, the housing stock and the local rules we actually run into, because "in the same county" does not mean "identical."

The city we run out of. Usually same-day, especially near the yard.
Real incorporated cities and named unincorporated communities close to our yard. Usually same- or next-day depending on distance and the day's route.
A short drive south, but a different county government. We say so honestly, and we still get there — usually next-day.
Real incorporated East Volusia cities out toward the coast. Farther out, and honestly scheduled as next-day rather than same-day.

All 13 communities from our Old Titusville Road yard: Deltona itself, plus DeBary, Orange City, DeLand, Lake Helen, Osteen and Enterprise in the West Volusia cluster, and Sanford, Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, South Daytona and Holly Hill as a farther reach. Deltona and the closer West Volusia communities are the quickest, and the farther towns are usually next-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a delivery to a farther community is not priced the same as one in Deltona. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
During hurricane season (June through November) and right after a named storm tracks through Central Florida, book as early as you can — that is our busiest, least predictable stretch. Outside storm season you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction and renovation jobs book out fastest given how much building is happening across Deltona's growing subdivisions right now, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 13 communities listed on this page, across Volusia County and one Seminole County reach city. If your address is close to that footprint but not listed, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
